Francesco Romano (born 25 April 1960 in Saviano) is a retired Italian footballer.
During his club career he played for Reggiana, Milan, Triestina, Napoli, Torino, Venezia and Palazzolo.
Despite being named in the Italian team for the 1988 UEFA European Football Championship, he never earned an official cap for Italy at the senior level.[1]
